Rivian First Mile was a premium ride-and-drive experience created to introduce guests to the all-electric Rivian R1T through hands-on product education, branded environments, hospitality, and controlled driving moments.
The activation was designed to give guests a direct connection to Rivian’s adventure-focused brand identity. Instead of a static vehicle display, First Mile created a high-touch environment where attendees could engage with the product, experience the brand in person, and better understand Rivian’s performance, technology, and lifestyle positioning.
As part of the Czarnowski production team, I supported the execution of this automotive brand activation during a key moment in Rivian’s public rollout.

THE CHALLENGE
Rivian First Mile needed to operate as more than a test drive. It had to function as a premium brand experience, guest education platform, and tightly managed live event environment.
The activation required coordination across guest flow, vehicle staging, hospitality, signage, food and beverage, radio communication, third-party staffing, vendor activity, and day-to-day site operations. Every detail needed to support a seamless guest experience while maintaining the standards of a national automotive brand.
SCOPE OF WORK
As Associate Producer, I supported both pre-production and on-site execution, helping manage the operational details that kept the activation functional behind the scenes and guest-ready on the front end.

WHAT IT PROVES
Rivian First Mile demonstrates my ability to support complex experiential programs where logistics, people, vendors, guest experience, and brand standards all need to operate together in real time.
The project strengthened my experience in automotive activations, ride-and-drive environments, client-facing production, team coordination, and live problem solving. It also reinforced the value of strong behind-the-scenes production: the guest-facing experience only feels seamless when the systems underneath it are organized.
